I need to repair a wooden hidey that Oreo keeps destroying! It came in 4 pieces that just slot together with dowlels so everytime it gets touched it collapses, it's driving me mad! Is wood glue safe to use? I would be putting a blob in the holes where the dowels go in. If not are is there another option?

@Tim any DIY suggestions here mate?

Elmers school glue is a possibility. It’s non toxic and safe if children consume it. I would still try and use it in places where it’s hard to reach for your little ‘bulldozer’ piggy. Try packing out the dowel holes (with spent matchsticks perhaps) so they are a good snug fit and less chance of falling apart

Ps: just done a quick google search, you can buy it from Hobbycraft. Worth a shot ;)

Haha that would be funny 😆 will check out the glue thanks, the name rings a bell I'm pretty sure it's what my kid uses to make slime!
