are they suitable for the most used corners of cages:{ they are pine fragrenced and dust free I remamber theese being sold for rabbits and gps they feel the same
thanks

If they are fragranced I would assume not, since one of the main issues with cedar and un-dried pine is the "aromatic oils". However, I have not come across this type of bedding personally. Have you got a brand name at all?

This type of pelleted litter gets really wet when urinated on. It swells, smells & clumps together. I'd not use it for piggies or buns or any other small furry for that matter :)

I have seen the wood ones and I wondered if they would be uncomfy on the piggies feet. I use biocatolet which is a paper based pellet cat litter and it works fine for my piggies. It is very absorbant, non toxic and doesn't clump. I can only get it at Sainburys but other shops in different areas might have it.

I have used it in the past in a corner litter tray with hay on top and works well and also means that their feet don't have to stand directly on it. it does need changing everyday though!
