Junior Guinea Pig
I have currently 3 females, a Mum age nearly a year and her two daughters both age 9 months. All happy living in a huge 5ft x2ft x 2ft cage with 4ft x 4ft run so plenty of space) I also have another married couple in a seperate cage - they sometimes have thier run placed on the grass next door to the 3 girls and there is a lot of rumblestrutting up and down the edge by Mario my neutered boar ( He likes his ladies! 
) Pigwig and her girls Treacle and Boo show a LOT of interest in Mario...I cannot put the two groups together because Marios wife Pompom viciously attacked Pigwig and drew blood ( hence why we found her a husband! xx>>>) Mario and Pompom are in love and totally perfect together so I wont be changing thier set up.
There is a little bit of hierarchy in the group of all girls as you would expect - Mum is in charge and often nips her girls on the bum so she gets the first dibs on food ect... sometimes Treacle and Boo squabble .. now I wondered whether or not to try and introduce a neutered boar to this group and if it would work or not? Or is it silly to upset the way they are now? Could it possibly cause fighting between the girls?
Also - would Mario be able to sense another male and could it upset him and cause any problems if they were in runs next door to each other..?
Lot of questions I know... just wondered if it were worth a try or not..! :{:{
