I consider my pig very tamed and she really likes to be around me (obviously cause of the veggies i provide) she follows me around and i can pet her even without offering veggies while I'm petting her (she is a bit scared of my wife but not me).
When i try to use some wispering technics though she gets really upset and scared....especially when I'm at her level looking at her with the side of my eyes and not directly....any idea why this Is happening? She is 100% calm when I'm literally above her like a predator, if my hands are coming from above she is fine but when my hands are on her head level she gets REALLY scared!

Guinea pigs have sharp eyesight only for about 2 feet; after that, they react to sudden movement. She will prefer not perceive your full size and just interact with you in parts because you are not quite as large and as 'predatory' scary than when you are looking at her face to face from close up.

You do the piggy washing intro only at the very start anyway; it is to make one's acquaintance. ;)

Oh i see, are there any whispering technics for more advanced relationships?

Stroking around the eyes is mimicking the ways guinea pigs tell another that they love them, how much they care about them and how they reaffirm their bond. That goes all the time. Gently stroking the ear means that your piggy is welcome but that you are the boss. It is friendly reminder to behave; if you combine it with stroking gently around the eyes make sure that she will feel welcome whenever you handle her but that she has to follow your lead.

This is advanced guinea pig whispering for solving tricky situations and behaviours you do not want to see: Who is the boss - your guinea pig or you?

You can learn to spot other interactive key behaviours in our bonding guide: Bonding and Interaction: Illustrated social behaviours and bonding dynamics
