Hey you'll!

So atm i'm renting with my OH and our pun'kins and i'm trying to weather proof our apartment(last year saw us with hats, ear muffs, gloves and blankets just to watch tv! lol) also i'm tryin to figure out a good way to keep the girls warm.

Basically i'm pondering using space blankets/thermal foil sheets under there fleeces in their cage and my questions are - Would this be a big nono? And has anyone tried this before?

I think it would depend if there was any way they could get to the underneath layers? so a cage liner for example would prevent this,

Other good ways are

Triangle cosets, these can be nice and padded so keep warm.

Snuggle safe heat pads are the best way to keep piggies warm.

Are they indoors with you? In which case just put plenty of hay in with them. My girls are outside and I stuff their igloo with hay, pile it all around them and then put a cardboard box over the top. They are fine, so if your girls are inside they will be too.
