right now I have Teddy and Carrot my boars in 1 cage together. Teddy is about 2 months old now and Carrot is only 1 month and a couple days old. They get along great right now, maybe even better than my girls, they are always sleeping together and playing. But I have the boys near the girls, will this cause fighting when they are a little older? Teddy is definitely the dominant pig of the 2 carrot just waits for ted to finish eating, though sometimes he gets cheeky and steals veg from him.

in my rescue ive found having the boars and sows straight next to each other can sometimes make them alittle naughty and nippey with the other boar so i now put a cover in between the cages so they cant see each other i found this helped alot.

i have 6 sows and 2 boars in cages in my outbuilding and have no problems the boars are in seperate cages though they can all hear and see each other

At that age, your boars are not fully hormonal yet, so they should get used to having girls round - as long as they can't see them!
