Well one of my boars tends to get pretty territorial when he wants to be and I don't want there to be a falling out.
Sometimes if (Jojo - territorial one) is sitting in one of the hideys, tunnels or grazing he will nip and chase away Momo.
I have read about boars having falling outs and such and don't want there to be a problem.
I upgraded the cage from a pet store cage to 2x4 grids, then to 2x9 grids, and then on one end put another table there and made a section that is 3x4 grids connected to the 2x6 section. (10.5 ft. across lol)
There are 5 different hiding places, numerous tunnels, 2 water bottles and food dishes on either side of the cage.
When Jojo is being territorial they will graze and eat on different ends, but usually he will follow Momo around and eat with him instead of alone.

Do you guys think they will be well off in the future or can Jojo become very defendant of the whole cage and start a fight?
They are about 5 months old now, and they are my first guinea pigs, and I have read alot about boars falling out and has sort of spooked me.
They do seem to get along just fine when Jojo doesn't want to be alone, it is just a few times in a day where Jojo will wants to be left alone and if Momo comes near him he will give him some chase.
Is all of this normal? I gave them as much space from each other as possible, I ran out of grids too lol.

Correctiong above, I didn't mean well off in their cage.

I mean will they be well off in the future?
Just the whole territorial thing is sort of new and don't know what to make of it!

Sounds huge! They are teenage boys at the mo and will very hormonal, probably until the 1 year mark or so. Does Momo snap back or is he quite submissive? I had a pair of boars who were always niggling at one another. They needed extra space and were still rocky, but they were able to stay together. Yes, there was nipping and Ben ended up with an abscess, but if they were parted they pined for each other. One thing that keeps them busy is to move their cage layout around so they have to explore.

Don't let their antics fool you into splitting them up too soon - rumbling and chasing is quite normal and should settle down. Separation should only take place if there is bloodshed. Who knows, once they mature, they could be perfect gentlemen!

Well that sounds like a relief, and most of the time Momo will not snap back, I have only seen him snap back if he is sleeping/relaxing in a hidey and Jojo comes and disturbs him.
He will give him a slight nip and Jojo will back off calmly, seems like he knows he shouldn't be disturbing him at that moment.
Or, sometimes when Momo is grazing for hay and Jojo comes up to the same pile and gets into Momo's face and basically disturbing him, but Momo will give a slight nip and they will just raise their heads at each other like 2 or 3 times and then continue to eat together.
That is the most I see out of them, other then that stuff, Jojo is always following Momo around the cage, if Momo gets out of sight, Jojo will go looking for him and just hang out around him.
Momo doesn't show the same enthusiasm as Jojo though lol, maybe because of how Jojo chases him away sometimes I'm guessing.
Momo does seem to start talking louder as Jojo is approaching him though, I don't know if that is normal, but as soon as Jojo comes up to him and just starts eating with him or w.e, he will calm down and go about his business.

Sounds like a great big cage for them and sounds like very mild behavior to be honest. Nips and nose offs are just the boys sorting out little problems (like who gets the iglu or the food bowl first) and sounds like one is simply backing down. So i really see no reason to worry at all at the moment.
