Wilko's fleece bargain

Hi, I found a pack of two fleece blankets in wilko's for £5. Seems like a bargain. There's pink/red lilac/purple green/light green
 
the wilko's fleeces are brilliant! I've used them for cage liners

Perfect! I'm about to change my girls over to fleece bedding and have a Wilko's round the corner. I will be heading there when I get my tax credits, just hope they have them in my branch. How many will I need for bedding? I'm guessing I should have 2 layers of fleece so will 1 blanket double up, it's a 4 x 2 hutch? Grateful if someone could advise:))
 
I only use one layer of fleece - you want the wee to soak straight through to your absorbent layer underneath and stay dry on top. Don't forget your fleece will need at least 3 washes with a non bio ( and no softner or tumble sheets ) before it will work properly.
 
Awesome! Will be popping down to get some next week! Do you think it would be cruel to give my boys pink fleece? :))
 
I bought one of the pink and red sets the other day and washing it yesterday. Really great value.

I'm sure they'll enjoy the bright colour and are confident enough in their masculinity to carry it off. ;)
 
Went to Wilko this morning and they were out of them but they've ordered them for me to pick up in store. Ordered one set in red and pink and the other in lilac and purple! All I need to now is get some towels and I should be able to change them over to fleece bedding soon :))
