Wierd sound... No idea what it means

Hello, one of my guinea pigs, Eddie, makes this wierd soft low sound and I have no idea what it means. It's hard to describe but it sounds a bit like if you were to say hoo hop really softly if that makes any sense? I've watched videos on guinea pig sounds and I haven't found anything that sounds like the noise. It's been happening for a while. Normally it starts after he's eaten so the only thing I can think of is that some food didn't go down properly and he's trying to sort it out because it's usually followed by a cough and then it stops. Often be keeps eating while making the noise. Sometimes he makes it for quite a while before he does his cough. My other piggie Elvis doesn't have any problems with eating and he's never made that sound. I'm not particularly concerned because it doesn't seem to bother him but I'm a bit worried he might struggle to breathe while it's happening if it is food that's not gone down right. Does anyone have any idea why he does it and should I be concerned? I've managed to get a video of him doing it but I can't attach it for some reason... it said something about it can't attach that kind of file..? It's very hard to describe so I won't be surprised if no one knows what I'm talking about but I'm going to post this anyway in the hope someone does . I'll have another go at posting the video but I don't know if it will work. Thank you
