does one of my piggies always stink, he gets cleaned out everyday like the rest of them but always stinks of pee. Do some piggies just smell more than others?

I'm afraid so - some piggies don't think anything of lying in their own pee so they end up smelling I'm afriad

What bedding do you use? I would try bathing him and see if that helps.
He gets bathed once a month but always stinks again the next day, sigh...
I use newspapers and fleece but am thinking of adding a towel in too.

on the "Rump" of a male guinea pig (just above there bottom), if you part the hair you should find a greasy spot. This is called the "greased gland" and secrets a sticky smelly grease used for scenting. This needs extra special cleaning so boys dont get smelly. I dont have much trouble with my boys i find piggy shampoo is enough, but someone else on here might be able to give extra tips.
