Okay, so I have 2 groups of 3 girls a pair of girls and then Velma. Velma used to live with Roxy but she upset her so much that Roxy would just sit in the house the whole time. I tried her with all the girls and she has attacked them all! I have always put them in either an indoor neutral play pen or an outdoor run. I don't understand why she won't get on with any of them as at the rescue she lived in a large group and was fine! I don't know why she has changed. She always looks as if she wants a friend and will go to the boys hutches during floor time for a chat through the mesh! My mum refuses to have anymore piggies so I really neec to bond her.

Does anyone have any ideas to make bonding go smoother? Should I bath them together or does that only work with boys? Thanks x

She could just not like girls - some pigs don't. My Snickers hasn't so far, so we are going to look for a neutered boar for her if we can't fine the right girl in a rescue.

The fact she talks to the boys and not the girls reinforces this too.

Could you get one of your boys she especially likes neutered? Neutered boar and sow pairings are the most stable you can get, far more so than same sex pairs in my (albeit limited) experience xx
