Why is this happeing

My guneia pig sometimes flicks her ears usely while resting why is this happening?

They just ear twitch when they sleep sometimes, completely normal. Nothing to worry about unless it is constant, they scratch at, or they have a head tilt.

My poppy would always twitch her ears. She had huge beautiful soft ears so they always looked extra funny when they twitched. You could tell when she was dreaming because she’d twitch her ears and eyes at the same time

Very scary to see the first few times and I deffinitley woke her thinking something was wrong !
