Why Does His Face Look Like This?!

I rescued a very young sick pig from a countrywide pet store. When I first got him he just had crusty fur around his nose but the fur and crust fell off and now looks like this! Look familiar to anyone?

I think it might be mites or another fungal infection - best to go to the vet as soon as possible x

Hello, that looks like like he has a fungal infection, don't worry they are very treatable, but spread very fast if you don't get vet treatment. The vet may prescribe a cream like Clotrimazole Cream 1% cream or something like imaverol to apply topically. You need to see a vet though.

Please have it seen by a vet. it looks like a fungal infection. Please do not treat on spec.

Please get a qualified vet to examine & diagnose the condition & prescribe the correct treatment. It could be any one of a number of conditions - all are easily treatable if the correct treatment is given at the correct strength.
