White Substance from piggies nose

So today i was with my guinea pig and he is eating fine and seemingly healthy but when he was lying down he did a little sneeze and white substance came out of his nose and them he proceeded to clean himself, is this something i should be worried about?

Do you have a picture of the white substance? I can't comment on that otherwise. It may be something he has inhaled and then snzeezed out again, potentially a bit of semen fluid when he was digging his nose in his bits.

Hi no i dont because i was too focused on worrying and the idea of taking a picture didnt cross my mind, he also wiped it away as soon as it happened
