Recently my youngest Guinea pig (Crumble - 7 months old) has had white kind of spots on his lips. It looks mostly like dry skin and I pulled a bit off yesterday thinking it was something he had eaten and he didn't seem to be hurt at all. I now realise that I probably shouldn't have done that and haven't since.

He's eating just like normal and is drinking a lot too so I have no clue what it might be. Any help would be appreciated :)

Looks a bit like something stuck in the fur - possibly boar glue?
Thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately Crumble has lived his life alone after he was attacked by another boar. Not ideal I know, but he's happy. So yea it can't be boar glue, I don't know what to think

I second @Piggies&buns - it looks like a bit of 'boar glue' (dried semen fluid) which has got on his lips when he was rummaging down below. Boar glue on mouth or nose is quite common. Please wait for it to come off on its own.

Oh okay, I didn't realise they could get their own stuck on their mouth 😅 thank you!

Does he live next to their guinea pigs so that he has some interaction with his own kind?

The amount of times I've been asked this... 😅 YES!

I appreciate the concern but multiple vets have told me all three must be separated and kept alone as one is extremely aggressive and has completely traumatised the other two to the point where they're terrified or very aggressive to their own kind when in the same cage. I feel terrible that he even got a chance to attack them both but I've been told I did everything right. They are all next to each other and seem okay that way.

They are all very happy and popcorn (and run laps in their cages almost daily) they all get time in the hallway to play in a big, Guinea pig friendly room and I've done all I can to give them the best lives I can. Again, I appreciate the concern but I wouldn't be here on these forums for just over a year if I didn't know or care enough about my Guinea pigs to treat them right 😊

can a guinea pig have its own boar glue like this on its mouth maybe from cleaning itself?
