My Guinea pig has had this white spot on his eye for a while now (he’s under 2 years old….I think). The vet wasn’t sure what it was, but said to keep an eye out for any change in size, etc. As far as I can tell, it hasn’t changed size much, if at all. Anyone know what it might be? Thanks!

It looks like osseous choristoma to me. It is a harmless but incurable condition in which soft eye tissue is replaced by boney tissue. It is not painful and doesn't cause any harm apart from the incovenience of limiting the field of sight somewhat.
If they are having it at this young age (it is generally an older age thing), then there is likely a congenital genetic disposition in play, similar to that of guinea pigs developing cataracts at a young age.
Thankfully, sight is the weakest sense in guinea pigs whereas it is our human strongest sense so it is not as much of an issue as it would be for us. Your piggy still has their nose and whiskers to cover the area the choristoma is limiting.
A ring of boney tissue around the eye is called osseous metaplasia; it is more common, but again mainly in older guinea pigs.
