White pimple on lower lip

Hi everyone. I just noticed this pimple looking thing in my guinea pigs lower lip today. It does not appear to be inflamed or bothering him. He has been eating, drinking, and behaving normally. What could this be? I want to try to avoid taking him to the vet if possible because it really stresses him out. Should I just keep an eye on it? Has anyone seen anything similar before? Any help would be appreciated. For reference my guinea pig is 4 years old and Male.

I'm sorry your piggy has a bump.
I would get it checked out, especially since it is near his mouth and could affect his food intake or get infected.
How has his weight been?

His weight and food intake is normal. Hasn’t gone up or down
