White pasty discharge - female guinea pig

Dear friends,

You all know fluffy very well.she is a year old piggy (heart piggy).she has had consecutive litters (accidental). Few minutes back I lifted her for floor time. I was checking her throughout if she is healthy looking. I observed a white pasty discharge in her vaginal area. Even though it was little gross, I took it in my hand and had a close look. It was of mucus consistency. It almost resembled human female white yeast discharge. What could this be!? Is this anything serious?

I just took my piggy to the vet with this exact thing and it is a urinary tract infection - she gave me antibiotics. It looks like someone has done a big sneeze in your hand!

I agree that any mucus in sows needs to be checked. It can be a uterine infection. Because of her heart problems, she has a lowered immune system, poor girl.
If it is milky urine, then it is excess calcium and nothing to worry about.

Mucus around very small poos is a sign of not eating and drinking.

It was just a very small amount. It was in the consistency of cold cream. When rubbed between my fingers was very smooth. No particles felt. Anyways taking her to vet tomorrow morning. But it was not more than two droplet. Do guinea pig sows produce natural white discharge from vagina when in heat ? It was such a small amount it could have even been unnoticed by me. Her urine is normal. After two to three hours I checked her genital area, no abnormalities.

Dear friends,

I took her to my vet. He examined her and said there is nothing wrong with her. But her bits look wierd now. Also her daughter flora's bits was wet but no abnormality. Please find images of her genital area and suggest if I need to see another vet. And your possible prediction of what could this be.

This is fluffy's genital area. She was the one who had a small amount of white discharge yesterday.
