My guinea pig is about 3 years old. She has this white line on her eye. Is this something I should worry about it?

Hi

Please have it vet checked. We cannot diagnose from a picture nor are we qualified to do so.
At a guess, it could be osseous metaplasia (replacement through bony tissue) but your piggy is on the young side for it. It is a pain-free process that cannot be treated. However, I cannot exclude something stuck on the eye from your not all too clear pictures. Only a hands-on examination will bring clarity.

Vets said she’s fine ☺️

That's good to hear. I have had osseous metaplasia in pigs as young as 2 years old -- be aware that the tissue may encroach on the iris and pupil over time though it still doesn't hurt. My vet said it is important to catch any irritation in the eye as early as possible, because presence of irritation can hasten the process.
