White flakey skin on ear?

I've noticed that turbo has gotten some white flakey skin on and in her ears. It goes pretty deep into her ear and it's also on the rim of her ear. I first noticed the white flakey skin after a scratch on the side of her face healed, she also has a slight bald spot on the tip of her nose with a similar thing. Also Lately both of my piggies have been very itchy
