Hey, I have a baby female guinea pig... I have 4 in total, but she’s about 4-5 weeks old and the last few days have noticed a tiny bit of like white sticky looking discharge on her vagina. Her pee looks fine, and she’s doesn’t squeak or anything when she’s urinates as if she’s in pain, she also acts normal and eats/drinks fine. Could this be a part of her getting older and maturing or is this normal?

I would bring her to the vet but it could possibly be something from the cage or an infection so the vet might be able to give you antibiotics.

Um - I don't know the details but when you say you have 4 at 4-5 weeks... are they definitely all female? I've heard that the males can be fertile at 3 weeks if they reach a certain weight. Not sure if females can conceive at this young age though, but I'd recheck the sexes. Fingers crossed for you!

For information, yes boars do become fertile at 3 weeks and sows can get pregnant from 4 weeks of age .

@Brookeey1234 - ensuring you don’t have a missexed group is very important

All of mine are female, they’ve been checked many times. And they are not all 4-5 weeks old. I have two together one is 3 and the other was a rescue so not sure her age, then I have two younger girls together one being 3 months and one being a month and a half. The one that had the discharges my female that’s a month and a half and it’s gone now and she’s clean so maybe it was from peeing on the fleece blanket or something.

I’m monitoring her closely. If she’s staying clean and acting fine then she will be ok. A lot of research said if she had discharge along with like changes in behavior and not eating or drinking is when it’s a bad sign

Phew all females! Sorry for the age-related misunderstanding! I'm so pleased for you. Sounds like you are closely monitoring the situation so good luck 😊
