If smudge is fighting with rolo n jack is not doing anything do I take rolo out to give him a breake n leave smudge in with jack or do I take smudge out that is carrying on what the best one to give time out too ?

Take the boy out that is the initiator of the upsets. Please be aware that you then need to stage intros on neutral ground, ideally after a buddy bath to wash off the stink of all that testosterone laden boar pee. The same goes for the cage.

Personally i would look at whose friends with who more if Smudge doesn't like Jack but gets on with Rolo then Jack could be the problem. Depends if Jack and Rolo get on. Trios of males can be hard work especially at hormonal teen phase. You would be better removing one of them for good if they are fighting rather the time out. If they are fighting now then it could lead to a more serious fight further down the line.

Jack gets on with smudge n rolo it seems that smudge picks on rolo n at mo they are all
