Am writing more letters and emails to charities about some funding for a chair.

Anyway, which people are best to get in touch with?

President
Treasurer
Secretary?

I know it's a dumb thing to ask, but that's me!

President I would think but send a copy of your letter to the others aswell if you like

i'd say all 3, that way you know someone will read it, it's normally the lowest of the ranks that read the letters ;D

That's what I meant sort of - it's polite to write to the top but cc it to the others.
