Stripe lost some weight with his last ear infection. He had lost weight with the previous one, so was down quite a bit.

He gets 10 ml critical care to try and gain. He gains 25 grams in about 6 days. I weigh him every 3 days when I clean his cage.

I'd like him to gain maybe 50 more grams. Sometimes he takes the critical care, sometimes he refuses it.

He has CBS. Vet said we might see more frequent ear infections with it and he's finishing up a month long course of antibiotics.

Should I stop the critical care?

It sounds as if he is doing well with his weight so yes if I were you, I would stop giving it but continue with daily weight checks to monitor. If he continues as he is with his weight/gains as he is then he won’t need it at present.
If losses start to occur then step back in.
Don’t forget there is a daily fluctuation so loss isn’t loss until 50g

Stripe is maintaining his weight with one tbsp of critical care daily. I'd like him to gain some, maybe 50 grams.

Should I offer more critical care or just wait it out? He's the exact weight as 4 days ago.

I’d stop it and see if he stays stable over the coming few days. He’s doing really well.
