It's been quite warm today and basically their cage is indoors but during the day we put them outside on the long grass in a run with a few shelters, water etc even when it's damp (though if it poured down I'd bring them in! They have shelters so can stay dry though)

What temp should we keep them indoors for? How cool is too cool? It's been 11 degrees in the mornings here though I don't usually put them out until 9/10am so it's a little warmer by then...

Obviously when it gets cold I'll need to bring the run indoors - pop a fleece blanket on the floor and put the run on there during the day as I can hardly pop them out when it's frosty ;)

Most piggie owners bring there pigs in around October time. I would probably say then too. Especially as, when it gets colder moving from a warm house to the cold run in the garden it will make them more susepable to respiratory infections.

Just to say bear in mind that there is possibly going to be a lot of nasty weather coming in the next few weeks apparently, they keep on about it on TV. So I would best be prepared now & get the indoor accommodation sorted just in case you need to get them inside quickly :)
