They were here for around an hour. I was told it would be a pre-recorded interview, to be transmitted at a later date, as they were hoping to speak with lots of local rescues. Around 20 minutes before they arrived I got a call to ask if it was okay if they brought a photographer along to take some pics. I said that was fine, not realising they would be videoing too! I hadn’t bothered to make myself look presentable. Why would I? It was radio! Thank god I got dressed and wasn’t still in my pj’s’

My colleague used to be "the debt doctor" on BBC Radio Leicester. I went on a few times with him and he always insisted I wore a suit never quite sure why
