Hi I have two male guinea pigs and a few hours ago I heard one of the squeak really loud.
Louder than ever.
Do you know why?

I think they can also give a very loud high pitch squeek in fear - could something have frightened them?

When I first got Billy a couple of weeks ago he did it when I first picked him up - almost shattered the windows! @)

He doesn't do it now, he's over it haha

my 6 week old boys week or squeak at every move i make! ..at night I'm like a ninja8 trying to sneak in to the kitchen open the frige with out them knowing..|)

MissM I kno the feeling! I live in a small studio flat & my boys are in the bedroom/living room. I have a nack for opening the fridge door as quietly as possible but even that is getting dodgy - I can see Rodney watching. As soon as I step in the kitchen no matter what I'm doing it triggers them off!

Might have to start wearing a disguise?! Haha inbreeding
