He eats perfectly fine and acts like a normal piggy. He’s about 4 years old, maybe a couple months younger. I only started to notice this once I zoomed in on this picture. I’m worriedPlease let me know

It looks like some dust or so may have got into the eye and been washed out with watery tear fluid that is there for this purpose and dries transparent. Cleaning fluid is milky and dries as white drops around the eyes or cheeks if it spills over.
Please see a vet if you see your piggy squinting a lot or having a very watery eye (something stuck in the eye under a lid or an eye poke) or if you notice a bald crusty area developing in the face.
