What's this noise?

Morning all early risers!

Marley has been making a noise when I have been stroking him / grooming him, it sounds like a purr but I'm not sure. If it is does this mean he is happy? Also what other noise could it be? It's not a grunt as Jack grunts and it doesn't sound like this :$ Confused

A low soft purr/rumble is a sign of utter contentment. Then you have the louder, vibrating rumbles which are connected with dominance and the sharp grunts of displeasure.

It won't let me listen to them piggy sounds but will try again later on. I hope it does mean he is happy and he has settled in well. I've really tried to make them feel as comfortable and happy as I can, it's rewarding to hear him purring just wish they would popcorn for me now
