Whats going on with them now?

A week ago, I re-introduced Penny and Luna. All last week went fine, but today when I cleaned them out and put them back in the cage, they've both started teeth chattering at each other, and Penny is chasing Luna around the cage a lot. Both of them seem to be walking and shifting their weight from one back foot to the other. Is this a dominance thing again? If so, will this happen every time I clean their cage out?
 
I would try adding a handful of the bedding from the cage before you cleaned it to the clean bedding so that their smells are still there?
 
One of them may be in season and be a little hormonal. My four go through phases of snuggling up and being calm to chasing and teeth chattering and mounting when one is in season. Just a thought! :) x
 
I am also thinking one of them could be in season. When my Eleanor is in season, she loves to puff up and move from side to side.

If you are concerned, you could try giving them a bath together?
