A cage liner is replacement bedding (for sawdust) made from fleece absorbant inner (and mine have a water proof backing and fleece on the underside).
They are like large washable nappys but for your piggys (or other small pets).

I make my own cage liners, (not to sell, just for me!)
This is what they look like
As you can see mine are slightly different in that they have sides, that hook over the edge of the corex, this means theres no burrowing under and no poos escaping down the edges! (a lady with the user name 4piggiepigs makes the style i do and sells them (obviously hers are better made than mine
) They have a top layer of fleece, them a 100% cotton topped matress protector. I usually put dry nights bed pads as a bottom layer as they take away alot of the smell. This set up lasts me 5-6 days.

I make the liners with sides also, they are better for wire topped cages but for vivs and hutches flat liners work best
I don't think the OP means fleece cage liners, they don't sell them on Amazon for that price lol.
I think the ones you mean are just like puppy pads or dry nights that fit the bottom of the cage to absorb wetness.

How much do the dry nights cost? We use puppy pads normally.

The dry nights bed pads are about £2.70 for 7. you only need one bed mat for a 2x4 c&C cage.. here is a link to a thread with more info
