I have a crested medium haired sow and short haired golden agouti sow. Which shampoo will I need?

Have a look at this link, and select the best fit for your piggies... Make if your going to bathe them you use the same shampoo on both.. the trial sizes go a long way as the you only use a little bit of the shampoo when bathing ...

We don't bathe our piggies very often and it's usually the long haired boys that occasionally need a bum bath only..

.? Why geogous guines ?
There is a perfitly good shampoo cauled VetSect , you can get it over the counter at good pet stors
It is exelant stuff l have a bottle , though personaly l would only use it when absolutly nessesry .
As l understand it , the milky eye that you see somtimes in you gps eye is said to contain hair conditioning properties
You may have seen you pig rubbing its eye, then rubbing it through its fur ,

The reason why people use gorgeous guineas is because they are specifically formulated for guineas an also the fact they specialise in skin problem and coat types. They are much better trusted than anything you can buy off the shelves @gizzy

i don't routinely bath my piggies but i keep a trial size bottle of the manuka and neem shampoo in incase they ever need a bum bath (maisie used to need these every so often and i'd used the manuka and neem for her and ches in the past so just stick with it now - it's really nice) x

eta: ches was smooth haired and maisie was part sheltie and it worked well for them both
