I have my piggie in a 4x2 c and c cage.I have been using fleece blankets but it is impossible to get the hay off to put in the washing machine. Is their a certain type of material I could use?Could I use different sort of fabric? It would be good to use a material where I can just shake the hay off.Where could I buy it in the uk for an affordable price? It would be good to know where other people in the uk get good fleece from.

Hi, I've recently ordered some cage liners from Stef at Pampered Piggies Boutique and am very pleased with them. However if you want to make your own, I'd say anti pill fleece would probably be best - although other members might have different experiences than I do. The ones I bought brush off very easily with a stiff synthetic brush.

Hello :)

I asked this question early this year, got some great answers here Fleece - Where To Buy Online Or High Street

We normally buy ours from b&m it is not too shiny so good quality for the piggies and wicks well.

I would suggest getting a horse wash bag for your washing machine, it is vital for fleece users and stops the washing machine getting clogged with hay
