Hi all.
Just got my cubes from ziggies piggies and wondering what everyone uses on the bottoms to line them?
I cud use a puppy pad but my girls usually bite them if they can see them! So what do other people put in their cubes/pigloos etc.?
P.s. they are a lot bigger than i thought, they should just about fit next to each other i hope!

What are the cubes like?

:D I have the round fleecy hideys (from smallpetwarehouse.co.uk). I have a piece of tough but flexible plastic on the bottom to protect from wee. On top of that I have a piece of Zorb and then a piece of Vet-bed or Profleece, both cut to size and shape to fit. I wipe the plastic with hutch/cage cleaner every morning and wash the fabrics once or twice a week.

Large fleece cube beds. Thanks but i dont have vetbed or zorb. For now I'm using a puppy pad which i dont think will b enough. But 1 of my piggies wont go in them and the other lies on top and squashes them! So not sure if they will be usable at all yet. How can they prefer cardboard boxes over a nice warm fleecey bed?!

I don't put anything in them but wash them every couple of days, I'm fairly new on here so other people may do things differently. When I first got them my piggies used to lay on top of them, then they used to hide under them and finally they worked out that it's much more comfortable to go inside them!

Simply. they are animals. In the wild they don't have fleeces
