What To Put In A Litter Tray?

I bought a litter box so the hay doesnt go everywhere in their cage but wondered what to put in it? i have newspaper, fleece (only a small amount to spare), bathroom tiles, wilkisons paper bedding and woodshavings? advice as soon as possible would be great x

Guinea pig back 2 nature litter, wood shavings, fitch, snowflake, megazorb. But hay is more likely to encourage them to use it, where they eat, they will poo and pee!

I use abiouse in my piggy litter trays but main cage is fleece.For my rats trays i use a paper based cat litter (similar to papelit)

I use tumble fresh and it is very good. You can get it from pet supermarket. Also unlike other products when litter trays are full of poos and need cleaning out the bedding doesn't smell!

I like to use Aubiose in my GP's litter trays - with plenty of hay on top. I change the hay daily and the aubiose anything between 3 and 7 days - depending on how much urine it has absorbed. I use fleece or Fitch in the rest of their cage

I am using fitch at the moment but have also used papelit in the past.

Fitch is easier for me to poop patrol.
