I would also consider internet searching for local companies that make hutches in your area - look at products on the websites, visit if you can and then you can then specify what you want and they can make it. That is what I did (twice) and the hutches are really well made and thicker wood etc than shop ones.
I have that hutch and it is really lovely. It is well made. I would recommend getting an offcut of lino for the bottom of it thought o proyect the base.
I have previously bought two hutches from The Rabbit Hutch Warehouse and they were good quality at a reasonable price. Both are still being used today (one by my brother, the other by our friends) The two I had were 4ft double hutches
Our latest hutch is from Rydale Pet Homes. It was expensive, but worth it. It is absolutley solid and weighs a ton! There is no flimsy ply wood used at all and I'm pretty sure that it'll out last me, never mind the pigs! This one is a 5 x 2ft triple
Customer service from both companies was very good and both were happyto make adjustments to the hutches
