I give my piggies large handfuls of meadow hay to sleep in, play in and eat and buy them 'special' hay for their hay bag usually dandelion and marigold or carrot and apple. Anyway, I brought them some timothy hay from pets at home and none of the four will touch it. Thankfully it's just a small pack but I don't want to just throw it away. Can I use it as bedding or will it put them off eating the meadow hay? Or will it cause hay poke? Any ideas?

I would continue to give them handfuls of it daily until the bag is gone. They may nibble at it/decide they do in fact like it. If they don’t, then each days handful can just be removed with your normal cleaning routine anyway

My boars are very picky too. Some days they prefer the Orchard hay. Other days they prefer the Timothy hay.

I give them new hay every morning too.
