Hi!
Please compare the location with the pictures of a grease gland in our boar guide below. Your pictures do unfortunately not allow us to exactly place it on the body. You may be dealing with an over-active grease gland.
The same chapter IV also tells you how to deal with it. If it doesn't clean up easily or is hard, please see a vet. Grease glands can go wrong on occasion.
