What is this?

I’ve just noticed this on my Guinea pig, after passing what I think was a large amount of bladder sludge that was stuck, last night. I wanted to double check she was fine but now this red flesh is sticking out? I’m not pushing on her and she isn’t in pain, still acting normal and everything, but it’s just sticking out?

I think your best bet would be to have her examined by a vet asap just to make sure everything is in the right place.
