I have just sat down to have a cuppa with my piggies and noticed a lump on Millie's side as she sleeps. I've not seen it before, although she normally sleeps in the den under the food bowl. Its not visible when she stands and seems her normal self. Can anyone reassure me?1592998614314.webp1592998614314.webp1592998614314.webp

My piggies have visibly bigger bellies when they've been gorging on hay or grass. Could it maybe be that?

Thanks Siikibam I hadn't thought of that. She is a small piggie but does like to eat a lot! She is laying down right now and still eating

I've got three lazy pigs! One more than the other two tends to eat laying down :woot:

Hi!

Check for bloating first and foremost; whether that is a milder or a more severe bloat; especially if your girl has been on the lawn and eating lots more fresh grass than usual. The area is a bit large for an ovarian cyst but that would be my second guess as in your case a pregnancy can be ruled out.
