What is this?

Jorge has had this scratch on his nose since I got him in January 2020. When I looked after him for a month in August 2019 he didn't have it, but then when I adopted him he had it on his nose. It looked old when we got him, just wondering what it could be from?

Yes Meg has one of them
The vet noticed it and wasn't worried about it. It doesn't bother Meg and it comes and goes.
