Tribble and i-patch are thinking about mowing the lawn in warmer weather. They will live indoors all year round. I need advice on an easy access run for outside as I have arthritis.

I am getting them used to daily handling and brushing so will hopefully be easier to catch by then. I do have farm cats which hunt.

My boys love going outside on the lawn, they spend a great deal of time outside in summer. Here is my set up. There is a run and a small rabbit house inside it. The run and Rabbit house are quite easy to move around and opens wide on top to get them out. You don’t need tunnel or ark as long as they have some shelter. I put a stone on top of the run to stop any cats getting ideas xAFD338EA-769B-4876-8FC7-26CC77042C47.webp9F867842-23B5-441B-890D-ED0C13F80C5F.webp

Oh, I love that @Bill & Ted ! I use two metal runs. One is easily collapsible with a mesh shade cover, the other has a wire pitched roof. Both great but the mesh one isn't ideal if you have other animals who could get to it. The pitched roof is a bit awkward to get them out if they don't want to leave lol.

It’s great for them but a two man job to move unless you remove the tunnel between the ark and the run. They do love chasing through that tunnel though. You have to be crafty when getting them out, as they like to hide in the tunnel so you can’t get at them to bring them inside, naughty boys!
