What Does This Noise Mean?

Quinn was sitting with me and started to make this sound. Does anyone know what it means?

 
Sasspy makes that exact noise if I am irritating her, she moans non stop though at me if I have her on my lap and gives me stink eye... moody madam

I was thinking it was the grumps but he didn't try to get down. He then pancaked for a bit then wanted down?!
 
Yeah the grumps.... I like that. I may rename Sasspy that actually suits her. I just picked her up and lo and behold the noise started.... :)

Probably being a typical man eh and moaning for no reason

Haha probably just being a grumpy old man as he's nearly 3..maybe just a middle aged Grump. Is Sasspy really that moody? :D
 
:) Yeah I get them.... can't believe I am 38 that is like 3 in pig years ain't it.

Oh god yes, complete diva. The other day I went over to the run to talk to them. She started eyeballing me and teeth chattering.... Moody rex pig

Mine make a similar noise when we rattle our car keys but yours sounds a bit happier :) Is there anything on TV at the time or sounds in the house that he didn't like?

No noise but my boyfriend had just stopped talking to me on the phone and he usually runs around wheeking when he calls :D

Trying to communicate with close by? Mine do that when they are trying to warn others of potential problems, mine do that X :)
 
Problems like 'humans walking too close' or 'there is a dog here' Watch out!
 
He is feeling a bit unhappy/nervous/out of his comfort zone, enough to complain a bit but not so much that it is more than a mild protest to somebody he trusts.

I do have another pig and he was running around the floor at the time x

I wonder if it was because I was sitting with him on the PC chair rather than on the couch x

I have to admit that I feel so guilty as a guinea pig owner sometimes :))

Just bought them some Oxbow Oat Hay for them to walk away and ignore it...

I could have saved you the expense. Serving them Oat hay appears to be like serving us a bowl of fish heads..... We have tried it twice and it was ignored.... I daren't try it with Sasspy no doubt she'd turn round, stink eye me and teeth chatter :))

I will ask on here before I purchase anything new! Sasspy is such a madam :))
