What does this mean?

When I cuddle Hoggle, he pushes his way up to nuzzle his head under my chin, is this affectionate or is it his way of hiding and protecting himself?

Ludo doesn't do this, he just looks around for an escape route! |)

It is a way of hiding; my Taffy does that as well. But it also gives them comfort at the same time.

haha could be a wait, Africa has only just started kissing me, well actually it started a few months ago, he started licking my face but it was weird feeling and now he loves to lick my hand, goofy kisses I call them... because it's tongue and teeth lol
