This one is a better size: the other one is too small. I don't have a hutch myself but I know that you would need to change the door closures to something more secure and that you can make your hutch last longer by maintaining it properly with pet-safe wood preservative.

People say that cheaper hutches don't last long as the wood is not good quality but I would say that are doing the best for your piggies if this is what you can afford.

Have you tried preloved? gum tree? newspaper ads?

I got my 5 ft by 2 1/2 ft tongue and groove double tier hutch from preloved (second hand) its very good quality just needed a scrub and for just £50

I think all the hutches are a bit on the small side. I have two piggies in a 4ft x 2ft hutch and its too small. Try a 5ft hutch they may be a bit more expensive but are worth it. Alternitvly you could build your own so its the right size, design, abd the roof opens ....
