What do people think about C&C cages?

I've recently converted to C&C and think they're a good, flexible and affordable option for indoor piggies. My tips would be to measure it all out and be sure of your design before you start building as it's a pain to try and take one part away again without the whole thing falling apart. Once you've done, cable tie it all together for extra security. (if you're using the connectors) If I was doing it again I would go for thicker correx than 2mm, it's quite flimsey and I cut straight through instead of scoring it on the first attempt.
And finally - allow a whole day!

I loved my C&C cage - only changed it because I had a dog crate going spare and thought I may as well use it (although the dog crate still has a 3x2 C&C attached to it)

My biggest tip would be to remember that the finished cage will be bigger than you think as the connectors take up more space than you may realise! I measured out what I thought would be the perfect place for a C&C but once it was built it was too big because of the added space the connectors created. It didn't really matter in the end because I was able to put it elsewhere but it's just something to bear in mind. :)
