What cut Timothy?

I like the hay I use, oxbow 50/50 Timothy/orchard. But it's expensive.

I could get some small pet select which would have double the weight for just $10 more than what I pay.

Is 2nd cut good? Will they get upset tummies without the orchard? thanks.

I went ahead and ordered the 2nd cut Timothy.

When it comes shall I mix it 50/50 with their current hay?

I'm hoping they tolerate it because it'll save me $25 a month.

You don't have to mix it 50/50 if they're happy to eat it from the start. If they're being fussy about it, then it'd be worth mixing it and see if that convinces them it's not poison.
