i first saw the result of the left picture about a month ago, and ver said it will clear up on its own. He suggested maybe it was a note from his brother. It healed, no more red, but there’s still a little mark. Now i have noticed these like small yellow crusty dots on my other one. I have tried to get it off but it won’t come off. He’s also very squeamish so this was the best pic i could get.
Does anyone have any idea what this could possibly be?

I meant BITE not note lol and also meant vet. So many typos sorry

It is quite hard to see from the pictures but there are a number of things that can appear on the lips.
There is a condition called cheilitis which causes painful scabs and blisters on the lips. It is caused by acidic foods such as fruit which can irritate the skin in and around the mouth, opening it up to infections. Guinea Lynx :: Cheilitis
Guinea pigs will bite each others mouths when fighting so it is important to monitor their behaviour to make sure this is not what has caused it.
Another thing is boar glue, this can become stuck in the hair anywhere on the guinea pigs body but is quite commonly found around the mouth. It dries like glue (as the name suggests!) and can only be removed by cutting the hair or leaving it to grow out.
If you have a magnifying glass you may be able to see whether it is attached to the skin or caught in the hair.
