Thanks for the link do you know where i can buy this stuff from and what i need to make it

You might be able to get the grids from Screwfix, reference 43900:
http://www.screwfix.com/p/4-cube-display/43900?_requestid=14931

You can also get the packs of cable ties from there or any DIY shop.

Or these are okay:

Then you need some correx or corotherm to make the tray :
http://www.theonestopplasticsshop.co.uk/correx-blue-122-m-x-122-m-4mm-p-4980.html

That's near you so you could collect it if you have a large car :))

For 2 sows you need a 2 x 4 cage, 2 boars will need a 2 x 5 cage if possible. :)

Dont want to sound stupid but how many cubes will i need looking at the ones from ebay

Depends on what sized cage you wish to have, and whether you want a base and/or lid

If you tell me this i will let you know exact numbers! :))

You just order the one, it has 20 grids in which will easily make a 2 x 4 cage with a base or lid whichever you prefer. If you don't have any other pets then maybe do the base as it makes them more stable, but you need the correx to put inside it as piggies mustn't walk on wire :)

Well i have now got a 4ft hutch and was wonderinf how many piggies could i keep in there also the C&C cages look good but i will have to save some money to buy them as i would like to try and make a big one with 2 floors also i do have a dog at the min that seems very hard to rehome so dont think a C&C cage will be no good unless i can rehom him

C&C cages are alot bigger and cheaper than store bought cages. someone posted JTF do grids £8 for 13 panels which woud do a 2x4 and b&q do correx for £13 ish, you can put a lid on the cage if you have a dog, why are you re-homing it?

I'm Rehoming him cause i have twins and one has autisim and she doesnt like the dog in the house and she can be cruel to him and he derserves better as he is so loving and friendly and i didnt buy my hutch as i have a friend that gave it to me but i will get some C&C cages in the future just not very good at building stuff lol once i have my piggies i will post them on here just trying to find out how many piggies i can put in it as my friend said she had 2 rabbits in the hutch and piggies are smaller than rabbits

2 piggies need 4ft by 2ft of space, and double hutches/cages you can only count the bottom level not the top.
