What are the best sexes/ages to bond?

So we have a baby piggy called Daisy, we had reserved a sister for her but she's no longer available
So I was thinking of maybe trying to introduce an adult to her but I don't know if that's the best idea.. if that's okay, then can anyone could tell me if Daisy would be happier with a neutered male or a female?

A successful bond comes entirely down to character compatibility and mutual liking, sex or age is largely irrelevant.

The safest way to find a friend is to go dating at a rescue centre as your piggy then chooses her own friend based on whether they like each other resulting in a good bond. This can problematic at present given the current situation though.

Yeah.. most of the centres near me are shut to visitors
So, it doesn't really make a difference sex wise?

No it doesn’t, they need to be character compatible Above anything else. She could reject a couple of females, try a neutered boar and not like him and then find another female she does like and vice versa. Sows are wired to live together but they still have to like each other for it to work out
